Posted on mandag d. 27. juni 2005 by Administrator

As announced at Linuxforum 2005 Team Fundanemt proudly presents the
release of Fundanemt 2.1.

This long awaited release has been on its way for almost a year.

More than 200 bugs have been fixed and numerous new features have been
added:

  • Multiple frontend language support - it is now possible to administrate your website in multiple languages - even Klingon :)
  • Advanced graphics editing - You may upload an image directly from your camera, rotate, crop, and resize it on the fly.
  • Module insertion - modules no longer need to be inserted as PHP code. Most modules now come with an easy to use module insertion - your Grandmother has never been more jolly :)
  • Along with Fundanemt 2.1 a lot of new modules have been developed.
    • fundaGallery - the new gallery module enables the user to maintain large image archives.
    • fundaLetter - let your website users subscribe to one or more newsletters.
    • links - the new module for links administration. Categorize links in sections and keep track of the most popular links.
    • fundaCRMLight - a small CRM, that allows you to maintain one or more customer databases.
    • fundaNews - the news module has gotten a face-lift. Looking as sharp as ever. Provide RSS feeds to the masses.
  • From this version forward Fundanemt will come with a growing set of power-tools. The first one is the powerSiteValidater that allows you to validate your entire website. May the markup be with you.
  • Thanks to our sweet, hard working, and very good looking translaters the Fundanemt backend comes in four different languages; Danish, English, German, and Italian.

The Fundanemt Team wishes to express our deepest thanks to all the users
who report bugs and request new features on a daily basis. Fundanemt
only gets as good as the users make it.

Have a nice hot summer - with lots of Jolly and then some more Jolly :D
